Air CHG employs third-party digital marketing agencies to manage online campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Bing. These campaigns generate inbound leads, which are handled by our trained travel agents to assist customers with their specific travel needs.

Air CHG acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. We are not liable for any losses, damages, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines or hotels.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
